Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Our vouchers must be redeemed via our Reservations Centre by calling +44 (0) 1943 467818 or email [email protected] ONLY. DO NOT TRY TO BOOK ONLINE. When you book your experience or redeem your voucher against a booking, the voucher will be validated and redeemed electronically by the RESERVATIONS TEAM.

Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole. Vouchers are valid for 12 months, and the validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period it will no longer be valid. Once your voucher is redeemed with the hotel, no change or refund is given. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours notice before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void. Cannot be used 23rd Dec-2nd Jan
